Library

The library of the Städelschule is a combination of reference and lending library. It covers the subjects Fine Art, Architecture, Photography, Film, and Philosophy. The reading room is open to everybody at the hours listed below. Only the students and staff of the Städelschule are entitled to borrow items. Except for some of the magazines and slides, all media of the library is listed on our OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) and in the Frankfurt Museum Library catalogue.

Monday closed
Tuesday to Thursday 10 a.m. - midday and 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m. - midday and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
During term breaks different opening hours apply.
